Race Info

The Eyes on AIDS Run is always held on the first Saturday in October. Be sure to mark your calendars now and save the date for next year!

The Event

This event is a competitive run, non-competitive run and walk, although the walkers are asked to stay on the 5K course only. Medals will be awarded for top competitors in each age group.

The Course

It is a USATF certified 5K (3.1 miles) and 10K (6.2 miles) road course with slightly hilly terrain with the start/finish line on the campus of Shoal Creek Community Church. The course will have one water station at the halfway point of the 5K route with an additional water station at a later point on the 10K course.

Timing

Chip timing will be available to each participant. Check back closer to race day for specific details.

First 500 partcipants to register are guaranteed a t-shirt.

Safety

Pets, bikes, rollerblades, motorized vehicles and headsets are NOT permitted.

NOTE: Baby strollers are only allowed to be used by walkers. Animals are prohibited except those assisting the blind.

Event director reserves the right to cancel due to weather; no refunds will be issued.
